Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through ClassForKids, our secure booking partner.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an instalment plan is offered.
  • Your child’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. RBL's cancellation policy is:

  • 7+ days before camp: Full refund or credit.
  • Within 7 days: Credit only.
  • Within 48 hours: No refund or credit unless due to illness.
  • Illness: Please contact us — we will always try to help.

Credits can be used for any future camp.

Attendance & Late Collection

  • Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorized adult.
  • If you are running late for collection, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Repeated late collection may result in additional charges.

Behaviour & Expectations

  • RBL aim to create a positive, safe environment for all children.
  • RBL reserve the right to contact parents and, in rare cases, remove a child from a club/camp if behaviour repeatedly affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

 No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Medical Information & Additional Needs

  •  Parents must provide accurate medical, allergy, and additional needs information during booking.
  •  If your child requires medication (e.g., inhaler), it must be brought to club/camp each day.
  •  RBL will always do its best to support children with additional needs — please contact us before booking to discuss how we can help.

Illness & Injury

  • Children who are unwell should not attend clubs/camps.
  • If a child becomes unwell during the day, parents will be contacted to collect them.
  • Minor injuries will be treated by a qualified first aider.
  • In the event of a more serious incident, emergency services may be contacted.

Personal Belongings

  • RBL recommend children do not bring valuables to camp.
  • RBL can't accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, including electronics, clothing, water bottles, or sports equipment.

 Weather & Venue Changes

  • Clubs & Camps run-in all-weather conditions, with indoor space available where required.
  • In the unlikely event of a venue issue or extreme weather, RBL may need to adjust activities or relocate.
  • If a session must be cancelled, parents will be offered a credit or refund.

Photography & Media

  • RBL may take photos or short video clips for promotional purposes.
  • You can opt out during the booking process — we will always respect your choice.

Safeguarding

  • All staff are Enhanced DBS‑checked and trained in safeguarding.
  • RBL follow strict safeguarding procedures to ensure every child’s safety and wellbeing.

Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, participation in physical activity carries some risk.
  • By booking, parents accept that minor bumps or injuries may occur as part of active play.
